Camping......

Every summer my parents reserve a "cabin" at Camp Redwood, just a few miles up from Bass Lake. It's one of Gage's absolute favorite things to do. Last year I was a week shy of having Gracie so I just went up for the day. This year Gracie was joining the fun and since she doesn't sleep well anywhere other than home we only stayed one night. Gage got to spend a few nights there with Grandma Stacey, Grandpa Steve and his cousins. The cast of characters......

Uncle Phil took the kids for a ride in his Suzuki.....

Gage cleaned his first fish, the kids founded the "Pirate Rock Club", and we of course roasted marshmallows for some s'mores. Two showers later we are STILL scrubbing the dirt from under Gage's fingernails. Looking forward to next year........
